For a free transcript of your return, please contact the IRS at 800-829-1040 and follow the prompts in the recorded message or complete and mail the Request for Transcript of Tax Return form. Alternatively, you can request a full copy of your return for a fee of $57.00 per tax year, payable to the United States Treasury. The period in which you will receive the transcript varies from within 10 to 30 business days or a full tax return request can take up to 60 business days, from the time the IRS receives your request.
